All of the ELC's administrators hold a Master's degree in TESOL or an MBA. The Program Coordinator has a doctorate degree in Instructional Psychology and Technology. Together, they have decades of experience.

ELC Teachers have many mentors while teaching. These mentors help oversee mentoring of new and continuing teachers

The ELC is successful because of the dedication, time, and effort our staff put in to support teaching and learning. Our staff are always kind and always on top of things. Arwen Wyatt, our office manager, helps staff and run our front office. Sandy Hatchett is our Student Services Advisor. Both are eager to help students and teachers be successful. We welcome Lucy Castro to the ELC as our new Operations Manager and Janet Buer who is the Assistant Operations Manager.

Our Skill Area Supervisors are visiting faculty who are hired to teach English classes and mentor new teachers and teachers in training. All Skill Area Supervisors have Masters degrees in TESOL. They also have administrative duties regarding curriculum development, evaluation, and implementation.

As a laboratory school we have a mix of student teachers, recent graduates, and seasoned instructors. All instructors undergo rigorous training before teaching and receive assistance and mentoring from full-time faculty and administrators.
