How to Apply
Students must be 18 years of age by the first day of the semester to apply and have graduated from high school (or the equivalent of 12th grade in the US) by the application deadline. Applicants who will turn 18 during their first semester may request an exception to the age requirement by emailing the ELC Office (firstname.lastname@example.org) to request the forms for an exception.
To apply to the ELC, first complete the online application. Click here to begin the application process.
After you have completed the online portion of the application, you will need to mail several documents to us in order to complete the application process. Click here to see what those documents are.
